In 1994, owner Al Mauceri began his career in insurance with Nationwide as a Claims Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the next seven years, Al rose to various management positions until he was promoted to National Claims Director in Columbus, Ohio. At the time, Al was one of the youngest National Claims Directors in the entire industry.
